1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using the Up Another Level employee app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the app immediately. We may ask you to confirm your acceptance when you first sign in or when we make significant updates.
2. Use Of The Service
The Up Another Level app is provided to help employees and workers manage construction site attendance, complete health & safety documents, record working hours, and meet workplace compliance requirements. It is operated by Up Another Level Limited for the benefit of our own employees and, in future, employees of other companies licensed to use the platform.
You may only use the app for work-related purposes connected to your employment or engagement with the company that has given you access. You must not use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
3. Your Responsibilities
When using the app, you must:
- Use the app honestly and only record information that is accurate and truthful.
- Keep your login details secure and not share them with anyone else.
- Not attempt to bypass security, interfere with other users, or damage the app or its data.
- Complete safety declarations, attendance records and any required sign-offs truthfully.
- Report any suspected unauthorised access, bugs or misuse to your manager or to us.
Any inaccurate attendance or safety records may affect payroll, site safety and compliance. It is your responsibility to make sure the information you submit through the app is correct.
4. Your Data
We collect and process personal data through the app as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read that policy to understand what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights.
5. Account Suspension And Termination
Up Another Level Limited may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, used the app dishonestly, misrepresented attendance or safety information, shared your login, or your employment or engagement has ended. Access may also be suspended for technical, security or legal reasons.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, device problems or other circumstances outside our control. The app is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, missed attendance records, downtime or other loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure, charged and connected to a suitable network when using the app.
7. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant, we will do our best to notify you through the app, by email, or through your employer.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from them.

10. Effective Date
